1. Shipping & Delivery

We ship our electrical products and LED luminaires across India. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

2. Returns & Refunds

At Lumni Power Tech, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our return policy includes:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged items.
• Items must be in original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

3. Payments

We use Razorpay and other secure payment gateways to process transactions. All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless otherwise noted.

4. Product Accuracy

We strive to display product colors and features accurately. However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to monitor resolution or lighting conditions during studio photography.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lumni Power Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
